ROBERTSON, HOWARD / YERBURY F.R.
Between 1925 and 1933, Howard Robertson and Frank Yerbury travelled extensively around Europe and the United States in search of new architecture. Their accounts, illustrated with Yerbury's superb photographs, provide a fresh view of contemporary buildings now seen as canonical. This volume is an illustrated anthology of the most interesting of some 200 articles published in the British architectural press, including writing on Le Corbusier's villas, Asplund's Stockholm Library, Mendelsohn's Einstein Tower, and architecture by Perret, Mallet-Stevens and others.
