Swiss architects Emanuel Christ and Christoph Gantenbein established their office in 1998. Many of their realised projects are the result of competition wins, and their portfolio covers private and public commissions in Switzerland and abroad. Parallel to this activity, they are regularly involved in academic teaching. This issue is dedicated to their body of work and features nineteen projects, among which are five museums, such as the Swiss National Museum, Weltkulturen Museum, and Kunstmuseum Basel. Other exemplary works include the Dreispitz School of Art and Design and VoltaMitte Urban Housing. With essays by Philip Ursprung, Sam Jacob, and Mark Lee.
